I need to go on a diet:( I hate how school lunches are always super fattening! I used to get a sandwich but the mayo, bread, and cheese are so fattening:( I asked what the healthiest thing they have there and it was a little pack with a bagel, cream cheese, grapes, and a cheese stick in it. So I got that one day, it was all good....Till I looked at the cream cheese...10 grams of fat in one little packet! And that's without a bagel or anything else in it, and the bagel was super white bread. That's insane:/ I need to go back to cans of tuna with mustard for lunch and dinner. Has pretty much nothing in it. All it is is tuna-.5g of fat for a whole can, mustard-nothing in it, and fiber whole wheat flat bread which has 1 g of fat together in the two pieces you need. It's awesome AND you get super full quick because the fiber:) Most the kids in my school get pizza, nachos, pretzels with cheese or some other SUPER unhealthy thing. I think I'm just going to have water for breakfast and lunch, then have my tuna dealio after school:) I should lose weight then ^_^
Wish there was more things to eat other then that though that have that same kind of result..
